Privacy Policy

Fitywell is the company responsible for your information. If you have a question, or want to exercise any of the rights below, email privacy@fitywell.app.

• •Account details: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
• •Health information: your weight, height, goal, activity level, food restrictions and intolerances, injuries and training history. You give this to us during setup, and we only use it to build your plan.
• •How you use the app: meals you log, workouts you complete, habits, weekly check-ins, and messages you send your coach.
• •Technical information: IP address, browser type and access times, kept as security logs.

• •To build your meal and workout plans, and adjust them as you go.
• •To show you your progress over time.
• •To process your payment and manage your subscription.
• •To tell you about important changes to the service.
• •To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.

We share your information only with the companies that make Fitywell work, and only as much as they need:

• •Supabase — stores your data and handles sign-in (hosted on AWS).
• •Groq — generates your plans and coach replies. We send only your first name and the health details relevant to the request; never your email, phone number or payment information.
• •Stripe — processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

You can, at any time:

• •See what we have — request a copy of your information.
• •Correct it — update anything that's wrong or out of date, from Settings.
• •Take it with you — download your data as a structured file, from Settings.
• •Delete your conversations — clear your chat history with your coach at any time.
• •Delete everything — close your account from Settings, which permanently removes your data.

To make any of these requests, email privacy@fitywell.app. We respond within 30 days.

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. After you delete your account, it's permanently removed within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3), and every record is isolated to your account at the database level so no other user can reach it. If a security incident ever affects your information, we'll tell you.

Fitywell is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 10 days before it takes effect. The current version always lives at fitywell.app/privacy.
