Terms of Use

Fitywell is a health and fitness app. It uses AI to create personalized suggestions for meals and workouts, based on the information you give us.

⚠️ Important: Fitywell is not a medical service. Everything here is for general information and education. It does not replace evaluation, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, registered dietitian, physical therapist or any other qualified professional. Talk to one before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

• •You must be 18 or older.
• •You must be able to enter into a contract.
• •The information you give us must be true and current.

Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has access, tell us right away.

You may not use Fitywell to:

• •Do anything illegal, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
• •Try to access our systems or another person's data without permission.
• •Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the service.
• •Create an account with false information.

To the extent allowed by law, Fitywell is not liable for:

• •Health consequences of following AI suggestions without professional guidance.
• •Inaccuracies in what the AI generates.
• •Temporary outages for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
• •Indirect or consequential losses.

You use Fitywell at your own risk and remain responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

The Fitywell name, design, code and content belong to us. The plans we generate for you are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 10 days beforehand. Continuing to use Fitywell after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
